Rock · Q3 2026 · 90 days
Every recording,an ad.
A 90-day rock turning RepStack’s podcasts, webinars, and long-form interviews into StoryBrand-led reels and ads, on a pipeline run with Claude, ChatGPT, and Higgsfield.

One brand story, every cut.
Ads and reels used to be built one clip at a time, and the process lived in one person’s head. This rock turns it into four fixed stages with a named owner tool, so the same moment goes from raw recording to published ad the same way every time.
Payroll eats 50 to 70 percent of revenue. That is the problem every ad in this pipeline opens on.

Four stages, same order, every time.
Each stage has a named owner tool. Nothing is improvised clip by clip.
Source & transcribe
- Pull the week's long-form sources: podcasts, webinars, long interviews
- Run full transcription
- Tag the transcript against the BrandScript beats: where the Problem gets named, where the Guide earns trust, where the Plan and CTA land
- Shortlist the strongest reel and ad candidates
Rebuild the frame
- Flag clips shot in poor quality or non-landscape footage
- Generate a background matched to the clip's existing color temperature and lighting
- Composite so the cut reads as one continuous shot
- Check full-size for banding, mismatched shadows, edge artifacts
Write the wrapper
- Three caption variants per clip, in the Guide voice
- Title and on-screen hook pulled from the transcript's strongest line
- Description and CTA written straight from the BrandScript's Plan and Call to Action
- Keep a swipe file of what outperforms
Animate the guide
- Where a clip needs a presenter but has no clean on-camera footage, script a short take from the transcript highlights
- Generate the take in Higgsfield
- Sync with the caption and title from Stage 03
- Run the finished piece back through the checklist before publishing
What Claude and ChatGPT are actually set up to do.
Per stage: the task, and the configuration or training behind it.
Claude
3 of 4 stagesChatGPT
1 of 4 stages- Load the BrandScript into the Claude Project as project knowledge, so every prompt inherits it instead of it being pasted in by hand
- Save the beat-tagging, caption, and talking-head prompts as reusable templates rather than retyping them per clip
The BrandScript every cut is written from.
Character, problem, guide, plan. Stage 01 tags transcripts against it, Stage 03 writes copy from it.
| Element | RepStack application |
|---|---|
| Character | The $1M+ digital marketing agency owner, or GoHighLevel SaaS founder. Not RepStack. |
| Problem (external) | Payroll eats 50 to 70 percent of revenue. Local talent is too expensive, freelancers ghost. |
| Problem (internal) | Burned by bad offshore hires before. No longer trusts staffing agencies or VAs. |
| Problem (philosophical) | An owner who built the business should not be trapped inside it doing low-value work. |
| Guide (empathy) | “We get it. Our clients were burned too.” Built by agency operators who lived the same problem. |
| Guide (authority) | Inc. 5000 (66th fastest-growing HR company in the US), 2,000+ placements, 800+ agencies, 10 countries, six years in, JV with Josh Nelson, 4.9 Glassdoor. |
| Plan | Discovery call, vetted candidates presented, placement within 14 days, ongoing coaching. RepStack legally employs them, you just lead them. |
| Call to action | “Pay nothing until you hire. Book your free discovery call.” |
| Success | A stable, accountable, trained remote hire who stays and grows with the agency. Payroll cut, owner freed from being the bottleneck. |
| Failure avoided | Another expensive local hire, a flaky freelancer, or a VA who quits in 60 days. |
“Pay nothing until you hire. Book your free discovery call.”

Three months, three phases.
August 5 through November 4, 2026.
Build the pipeline
Stand up the Claude Project and prompt templates, load the BrandScript in as project knowledge, produce the first five reels end to end.
Weeks 1–4 / Aug 5 – Sep 1
Find the rhythm
Move to a steady weekly cadence, bring Higgsfield talking-heads into regular rotation, start comparing caption variants against each other.
Weeks 5–8 / Sep 2 – Sep 29
Prove it out
Package the SOP, report the numbers, decide what earns a permanent slot in the weekly workflow.
Weeks 9–13 / Sep 30 – Nov 4
What done looks like.
Reels and ads published per week
Cadence across the quarter
A repeatable pipeline: raw recording in, published reel or ad out, no reinventing the steps.
Every script, caption, and CTA pulled from the BrandScript, so ads sound like RepStack.
Five reels or ads per week by the end of the quarter.
Baselines on CTR, discovery calls booked, and Register-now clicks, so months 2 and 3 can be measured against month 1.
